Project overview

Office lighting project design for Nanjing Biomedical Park, — designed and supplied by Beaulighting. The installation combines Linear LED washers (18W–36W) outlining the building volumes, flood lights for the entrance plaza and canopy lights for drop-off areas. The scheme outlines the horizontal bands of each building so the campus reads as one composed skyline from the main road, while keeping working-area illuminance strictly functional and glare-free for the neighbours.

Lighting approach

The client requested a clean corporate look: static white on weekdays, with a pre-programmed festive scene (soft colour shifts on the roofline only) that can be switched on for anniversaries and national holidays.

• Fixtures: Linear led washers (18w–36w) outlining the building volumes, all IP65+ for outdoor exposure.
• Control: scheduled on/off with scene presets — no on-site operator needed.
• Electrical: low-voltage DC runs with distributed, weatherproof drivers.
• Service life: backed by the Beaulighting 5-year warranty on the full outdoor range.
