Q: What is the MOQ for JS-022?
A: Sample orders start from 1 piece, so you can test the fixture in your space first. For production orders the MOQ is flexible by model and finish — send us your quantity and we will confirm the best factory price.

Q: Can I get a sample before bulk production?
A: Yes. Samples of {m} are usually ready within 5-10 working days depending on the finish. Sample cost is deducted from your bulk order.

Q: What is the lead time?
A: Standard lead time is 15-25 days after deposit and drawing confirmation. Large custom runs or peak season orders are scheduled individually — we will confirm the exact date with your PI.

Q: Can you customize size, wattage and color temperature?
A: Yes. Length or diameter, output, CCT (3000/4000/5700K) and finish are all customizable. Send your ceiling plan or a reference photo and our engineers will return a proposal with photometric suggestions.

Q: How is the fixture packed for export?
A: Each fixture is wrapped in foam and shipped in a reinforced export carton; lamps are packed flat with protected corners. Custom packaging and logo printing are available for OEM orders.
